Rhubarb Bellini


What's a cocktail series without champagne popping up a time or 5? A bad one. That's what! Knowing that New Years is shortly after the holidays you may not want to overdue the champagne. Which is why my favorite way to add a little something to it is to add some vodka and turn it into a bellini! I ran to a store near my apartment and came across this rhubarb syrup which added the perfect touch of flavor to the bellini. Who needs juice? Not I!





Ingredients

Champagne
1.5 oz Rhubarb Syrup
2.5 oz Vodka

Method

Pour the vodka into a champagne flute. You can decide to add more vodka to the cocktail if it suits your fancy. Add the rhubarb syrup and top with champagne!
